Our team constantly grows! To support our technology department we seek for the great Head of Engineering.
WealthArc is the fastest-growing platform for independent asset managers in Switzerland. Built on the latest technologies, it is the first WealthTech solution offered in a full SaaS model, with the goal to become the future data hub for wealth management and private banking.
Requirements:
- 5+years of experience building and managing development teams that design and deliver highly reliable & scalable systems
- Solid software development background including object-oriented design, design patterns and data structures
- Track record of retaining, developing, motivating, and mentoring highly effective teams
- Self-directed and motivated to meet deadlines
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with the following tech: Stack: .Net, C#, Python, React, TypeScript,JavaScript, SQL Server; Infra: Azure, CI/CD, Git; Tools: Visual Studio, Teams, Jira, Confluence
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering teams (back-end, front-end, QA and UI/UX designer) and work closely with Product Team to execute product roadmap within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Manage the overall software development lifecycle and DevOps processes
- Work closely with Tech Leads to develop technical roadmap and improve system architecture
- Develop team members, create mentorship programs, hire and retain our engineers
- Continue to innovate and overcome technology limitations to deliver a great customerexperience
- Manage the implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
- Report on the status of development, quality, operations and system performance
